In other news, I went to a Bikram yoga class for the first time in two years. I was sick as hell. But, I stayed in the room.

There is this part of the script where the teacher says that focus is the most powerful muscle in the human body. Each teacher has a different way of saying it, but I tried to think very hard about that as I saw spots and felt dizzy. I sat a lot and I even had to pre-emptively get into corpse pose a few times.

I’m going back tomorrow, because you can’t build muscles by quitting.
